My husband had undergone piles surgery and had to use such a pillow to avoid heat build up.. he didnt find it useful in normal chairs but it feels really comfortable in car seat.. i am ordering one for my second car too. I tried another cheaper brand too but that was terrible. This one has a perfect shape, soft texture and amazing design. Worth the money for sure
