Love it!
I've bought many brands over the years but I keep with Planetary Herbals brand of a very helpful herb. I use it to calm the mind before sleep but it also is anti-inflammatory so makes the whole body feel good over time. Be wise & healthy & make sure there are no contraindications with other herbs or medicines & do not take too many at night or you will feel goofy. Be well. :-)

Helps regulate blood sugar
I use them for my husband to regulate his blood sugar. His A1C was horrible until I put him on Holy Basil. Now his A1C as been great… Have to make sure it will not have an interaction with any other meds. My husband is on metformin . It has not caused any problem with his meds ..you CANNOT be on insulin to use this!

Love me some holy basil
I love this Holy Basil extract. Whenever I hear someone say that they maybe should take Xanax, I always suggest that they try this first. I take one to take the edge off, when feeling especially stressful. I take one or two for sleep, when having issues. I don't take them all the time, so that they are effective. Maybe one to two times a week. However, if you are already tired or sleepy, these will make you want to take a nap.

This product works quickly to calm me down and helps with stressed-caused eating. I do not feel drowsy with this and love that it is a natural, herbal remedy.
