Not great.
I so wanted this to work great! I should have added under tile heat when I remodeled my bathroom, but I didn't and the tile was so cold. I installed this as advertised and even added additional reflective insulation right under the mat (plus fiberglass bats under that) to force the heat up into the sub floor. If I turn it up to 95 degrees and wait for many hours, it does warm up a little. But not nearly the same (or close) to actual under tile floor heat (which feels super warm and nice at 82 degrees). I can't say it doesn't work at all, but set your expectations low. It isn't going to work like under tile heat or even close. It's take the chill off, but won't feel warm to your bare feet.
