Do these have a battery indicator on them? Can you see the remaining % on the phone?

There's no visual indication but when the battery is low the earphone starts to warn you playng a voice message 'batrery low' every now and then until it gets fully discharged. When you plug the earphones to usb charger it will show red light for low level, blinking white for good power level and still constant white light when fully charged. In just 10 minutes charging in your phone you get hours of music playing.

Do these stay in your ears well?

We are all shaped slightly different so there's no guarantee. They do provide various earplug sizes. Mine fit well as long as I'm not running.
