Love these rain boots. They are stylish and the color is cute!! Great value for what I paid! They are durable and functional. I didn't feel any moisture when they got wet. They do run a little big. I wear size 8.5-9 and these don't come in 1/2 sizes so I went with the 9. I ordered them last minute for a special occasion so I didn't have time to return them. Although, I think an 8 would have been too snug! I just have to wear really thick socks, like the fluffy winter socks, or maybe those heel thingy's so they don't flop in the back.

I needed footwear for gardening that would support my feet especially while using the shovel, and also to walk in wet areas. These worked perfectly. I usually wear 8W shoes and these fit great! (ordered 8). I definitely recommend these boots.Another thing, although they feel heavy in hand, once on the foot there is really no sensation of heaviness, comfortable, secure and perfect.

These boots were exactly what I was looking for. They keep my feet clean. They are very comfortable and water resistant. They are durable and although I had to buy a half size larger, they fit perfect! The colors are bright and fun! I can see that this product is just perfect for me. I expect that I'll be using these fine boots anytime I want to work in my front and back yards. So glad I made thIs purchase!

I love these boots. They are very cute! It makes me feel special when I'm in my garden.The only reason that I am giving these a four star rating is because I think that these run a little small. Specifically, they are more narrow than I am used to. I do have a wide foot and usually wear an 8.5 wide. If no wide width is available then I size up and usually have no issues. These are advertised as regular width, not narrow.This is my second pair of Western Chief rain boots/gardening boots. My other pair are not mid calf, but low calf (?). Those are also a size 9, regular width. I can wear thick socks in those and still be able to slip my foot inside the boot with pulling it on. I can only wear thin socks with this pair of boots and pray that my feet don't swell. That actually happened and I was in pain from my right boot squeezing my foot. I started to get cramps along the top of my foot and had to go home and get my other boots.Honestly, these are lovely boots and if you have narrower feet then these should fit you very well. If you're like me with wide feet, the bare minimum is to go up a half size. I would have gone up to a 10, but they would be too long.These are made very well with quality materials. I would recommend these with the above caveats.

I haven't yet had a chance to try them in the rain (because of course it rains like mad until the day I ordered them and hasn't since...) however, having gotten to try them on and have seen them in person....Originally I ordered a size 8, which in retrospect I should have known better, but in rounded toe shoes I can wear an 8, normally I wear an 8 1/2 wide.I have really wide feet though, so my apprehension was correct, I should have gotten a 9. But I swore I read they ran large. Maybe for people with normal size feet they do, but my feet are just trouble.I requested an exchange and got the replacement Quickly. The 9s fit better, though still seem snug, a 10 might be to big (and they may stretch and all).The quality looks very nice and they were comfortable (the 9s) while I walked around the house in them. Good tread, they should do well in the puddles that become mini lakes we get on the sidewalks around here :)

I am planning on starting a garden next year & didn’t want to wear flip flops in the dirt. These boots are surprisingly comfortable & so cute! They’re easy to get on & off. They have some weight to them…not flimsy at all. They did have a strong smell when I opened the package so I put them out on the deck to air out & that helped. I’m really happy with these.

As with others the sole liner was not attached inside the boot. I could have glued it in but the liner got folded inside the boot and then had a crease in it. And as one other person said why should I have to. It makes you wonder if they look at the reviews to correct the issue with the manufacturer Also there was a large black mark going across the bottom of one boot. The boots were comfortable and fit well with room in the toe bed so it’s very disappointing. They are returned

after this pair of boots arrived in USED condition, I knew I had to make a decision. I put them in the bathtub for three hours to see if any leaks happened. They held up perfectly. So I decided to keep them, as I am so very tired of returning defective merch!
