Great product, but might not be for a novice when it comes to the installation.
The product itself is great. No more delayed light ups, flickering lights, changing bulbs, starters, or even ballast. The thing I thought I should add. Modifying the fixture for these may be harder than what you may think. All fixtures are different, and some will be harder than others. In my case, they were attached to my medicine carbonate. They were not easy to open up. Once open, they were still hard to deal with and the wiring was different from the directions.I had to experiment what wires to disconnect or not. I even triggered my circuit breaker once....lolIt took me awhile, but I figured it all out.I guess the point I'm trying to make. This not for someone that's never done this kind of thing. It's not hard but can be fiddly if you never done it before. Now that I have done it, I could probably do it in half the time if I had to do it again. The first time is always the hardest. All said and done, I'm happy with my purchase.PS....if you do this, make sure you cut the power.

Perfect retrofit for rewired Dazor P-2324
After confirming that "plug and play" bulbs (such as the Feit Electric) are not compatible with the ballasts in my vintage Dazor, I bypassed the ballasts and rewired the original switch to route hot to both leads of one end of each bulb and neutral to both leads of the other end of each bulb, popped in these Fulight bulbs, and they illuminate instantly, brightly, and silently! 4k might be a better color than 3k for desk work.

Clear installation instruction. Work as expected
I used to use the "plug and play" (type A) tube. Recently, due to the ballast failure I decided to change the entire wiring for ballast bypass tube (type B). There are two version of type B tube - single-ended or double-ended. I decided to go with double-ended type for better connection to the old holder.I chose this seller because other seller required me to buy 4 which I do not need - I have not done rewiring before and I do not want to buy more than I need. Thanks to the packaged instruction everything works as expected. One bonus of removing the ballast is that the annoying low frequency hum from the ballast is also gone. The only downside is this tube is not as bright as the old type A tube I used. Not sure how long will this last but for now, I'll give 4.5/5 for this product.

Dont forget to rewire the ballast out of the circuit
I forgot I had to rewire my slit machine to remove the ballast. Was going to return the bulbs then I remembered. Rewired and looks awesome. My mistake.

Great LED replacement
This LED light was purchased to replace a 18” fluorescent tube. I was able to use the existing fixture with the new LED light. After removing the ballast and starter.

Did it wrong twice and they still work!
I bought 3 of these to upgrade an old dazor task lamp. I have this bad habit of thinking I understand something without really thinking things through. The first time I tried to turn the lamp on I heard a loud quick buzz and nothing. Turns out I forgot to remove the hidden starter that is wired in under the reflector. Removed that and the lights still wouldn't turn on. I realized the original switch, which you have to hold the button down to 'charge' the old florescent tubes may or may not work for these new LED lamps. I'm still not sure if that's true, but I wanted to eliminate it as a possible problem, so I removed it from the equation, wiring everything together without it. I immediately burned out my power strip trying to use that as an on and off switch. At this point I figured I was out $60 for my three new LED lamps. I finally realized what I did wrong, the instructions clearly state to wire all the leads from one bank of sockets to the hot and all the leads from the other bank of sockets to the neutral. I still had leads going straight across, connecting both banks of sockets together, as they would have had to be if I were still using florescent tubes. I cut those and connected them in parallel just as the instructions say, all 6 leads from the left bank went to hot, all 6 leads from the right bank went to neutral. Crossed my fingers, plugged it in and voila, light!!!! I could not be happier, clearly these lamps are well made. Now I only need to replace the switch with just a plain normal toggle switch and I am good to go. A bit of work yes, but now I get to keep my lamp.
