I have a shitzhu-Boston Terrier mix puppy adopted from rescue and she is by no means a from-froo dog! She loves getting dirty, rolling in smelly grass, napping on her potty patch (Ewwwww!) and she has a medium length wavy, fuzzy coat instead of the smooth short hair of a Boston Terrier. So I had to get a gentle puppy shampoo that I can use on her fuzzy face and head, keeping tear stains and food stains from her beard. Not only for its no tears gentleness, but it also has to clean thoroughly, smell wonderful and be gentle enough to use often to get her clean after her tomboy antics.I highly recommend this!!! I have had Boston Terriers exclusively since my first BT over 12 years ago, and this will be my go to puppy and/or facial cleaner for my babies, no matter how old they are. Shampoo came with the lid tapped and wrapped in plastic. The smell is awful, like cheap soap that comes from gas station bathrooms that no one ever wants to wash their hands with. I have yet to use the shampoo.

This works great. Breakfast on my white Dogs faces washes off completely. Smells great. I left “warmth” blank as it doesn’t apply. I highly recommend this spray shampoo for spot washing in between baths as needed.

Not very impressed. Does not create much foam (hardly any). No tears part may be true. My dog did not seem to mind it when cleaning the face, even though I tried my best to keep it out of its eyes. But, need to use large quantity and looks like need to keep buying it faster than expected. Dog smelled ok first day. Then turned to unusual (kind of unpleasant smell) next day, even though he stayed home in the time between his bath and the next evening. Then third day he smelled ok again. Not sure what that is.

Great shampoo. I’ve used this ever since I adopted my dog three years ago. But I do not recommend purchasing from Amazon. My last two orders arrived leaking. They only put the bottle in a plastic bag-there was nothing to secure the lid. This is too expensive to have it come less than completely full.

LOVE how this smells on our little stud muffin! Always looking for a great smelling shampoo. Some may say it's too strong, but not me! We love how fragrant it is because it lasts longer! Lasted a little over a week even with our dirty boy rolling in the leaves and grass and roughing housing outside and with the nasty rainy weather. Highly recommend!

Love this! I bought the pump to go with it and I'm so glad I did! I can use just a couple of drops at a time when washing my dogs face, to grabbing larger amounts when washing her body and legs. It foams up nice and rinses away pretty easy. The smell is mellow not overwhelming. My Shih Tzu has always had some itchy skin issues and this shampoo seems to cut down on the amount she itches. I'd recommend it, but remember to order a pump for it.

This is the BEST! My Australian Labradoodle has HAIR not fur and must be bathed at least twice a month. The Fluffy Puppy is good for older dogs too (mine is NOT a puppy) as it is gentle and doesn't sting the eyes. The gallon size is economical AND the merchant shrink-wraps the bottle, so there is NO leakage during shipping.

This shampoo is excellent. It has a great smell that stays in the dog's fur for a long time. It is tearless and that is great for shampooing any puppy or dog for that matter. Cleans well and rinses out easily. Excellent product.
