I am frankly surprised by how much is revealed in this marketing book, only one thing missing...
I'm not a big reader and I rarely review any products but felt compelled to review Ryan's excellent "Ask" book.A couple of reasons I decided to review this book.1. It's hands-down one of the most actionable Marketing books I have read (and I'm very selective on books I do read). I first heard about Ryan a couple of years ago when I purchased a video sales letter course. That training was excellent and I kept an eye on Ryan since, knowing that he produces quality work. Later, I was introduced to his Survey Funnel Formula training - which is essentially what is covered in this book but has been revised. This book goes into the genesis of Ryan's approach, how he came across this method (hint: it was by necessity in order to succeed in certain markets) and how he has refined it to succeed in almost any market. Finally, this book does not hold back - it includes step by step instruction on how you can use this process to dominate your market.2. The second reason: I am frankly surprised that Ryan has given away all the secrets of his method in this book. Clearly, he does not need money and this book is a testament to his heart and generosity in helping other entrepreneurs like me. His surprising personal story in the book does help explain this a lot.Ryan is both brilliant (former Ivy-League Neuroscientist) and determined - explaining why he was able to hone this technique and help over 45 clients generate over $37 Million in Revenue. Ryan was essentially the 'secret weapon' brought in under-the-radar to help companies dominate super competitive niches on the internet.I really like the way the different steps were treated with a separate chapter. You can go through each chapter and pick up the method and psychology behind each step. Everything has a reason and is well thought out (and has been thoroughly tested). The 2 case studies were very useful to read and encouraging.The only thing missing from this book is having Ryan sit next to you to coach you through the process. For a handful of dollars, you get the next best thing with a complete playbook of Ryan's fantastic survey methodology for finding out your prospects' biggest problems and customizing your solution to them. Result: more happy customers and bigger bank balance.This may be one of those books you have on your bedside table for easy access so you can absorb all the gems to raise your marketing game.

Simply Blown AWAY! "Ask" will be talked about for years!
I've been in online business full-time since 2002, and this is the first book I've read that has simplified the whole sales funnel process down for me, step-by-step.After learning of Ryan back in March 2014, I had witnessed a presentation he gave about the power of using funnels in a strategic way to not only build a large list of responsive prospects, but also for making tons of sales, based on giving people exactly what they'd asked for.I decided to get the book because I already believed in Ryan 100% and wanted to support him, and really had very little intention of reading it, thinking I already knew what it was all about, but I have to be honest...I couldn't help but open it up and start thumbing through it, and now after reading through just a couple of the chapters, so far, I'm fired up all over again, just like that day I first saw his presentation, because it's simplified the entire process for me, and makes me want to jump in and create my own funnel, based on his "ask formula" (and I am).Don't hesitate at all to grab this book, because he not only talks the talk, but he really WALKS THE WALK, having been successful in multiple niches, deploying his "ask formula" for numerous clients, to the tune of millions in profits and email subscribers.As far as results go, even though I haven't personally implemented the strategies in his course (yet), because my focus has been entirely on working with my client's marketing funnels, I've seen countless reports of his students' real success stories, many of whom I personally know, from within his high-level mastermind group that we belong to.I've also heard nothing but solid things from others who have taken his training, and that says a lot, because I hear the good and the bad about experts and "gurus" in our industry, believe me... and his reputation is impeccable.The only "less than positive" thing I can think of to mention might be to be aware that he shares a considerable amount about what's happened in his life before getting into the meat of the "how to" portion of the book (just a chapter or two), but I truly believe reading his story will make what he teaches make SO much more sense, because of where he came from, the challenges he faced, and how that led to the REASON for creating these ask campaigns in the first place.That's all I can think of, though... this is just a fantastic book that Ryan has created for all of us, as marketers, to not just read and put on a shelf... but to actually IMPLEMENT in our businesses to achieve results similar to what he's proven to achieve.Ryan's "Ask" book gets my highest recommendation. Not just because of the solid principles and strategies he teaches, but because of my personal belief in Ryan as not only a true thought leader in our industry, but who is also just a solid person who authentically cares about making a positive impact on the world through sharing what has worked, consistently, for him and his clients.

No lo vale
Fui en contra de todos mis principios y no termine de leer el libro. La primera mitad te la puedes saltar COMPLETAMENTE. Son decenas de hojas de su historia y de como surgió el sistema. Básicamente quiere construir credibilidad para la segunda parte. En la segunda parte describe su "increíble" sistema que básicamente es spamear a gente con encuestas para venderles un producto. En otra review lei que si tú negocio es de vender Y YA, entonces este libro te puede ayudar. Si quieres construir una relación a largo plazo con tus clientes, hay mejores libros. Mejor invierte tu tiempo en:Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising de Perry MarshallUltimate Guide to Google AdWords de Perry MarshallSell with a story de Paul SmithQuestion based selling de Thomas FreeseO cualquier otro libro de marketing/ventas

Un método simple para contrastar lo que asumimos como cierto
Este pequeño material se basa en una idea central que defiende que a la hora de idear un modelo de negocio debemos corroborar lo que asumimos como cierto antes de seguir adelante. En otras palabras, que no siempre lo que creemos que sucede es lo que sucede en realidad y que siempre debemos preguntar (de ahí el título del libro) antes de dar una idea por cierta. Esto pasa en el mundo del emprendimiento, que es a lo que está enfocado el material pero también en cualquier ámbito de nuestra vida.Lo recomiendo para los emprendedores porque puede ahorrar muchísimos dolores de cabeza, tiempo de trabajo y por supuesto dinero.

Bem escrito e inovador
Ryan Levesque é um dos principais autores de marketing americano. Neste livro conta sua biografia e sua fórmula. É um guia passo-a-passo para implementar um funil de vendas baseado em perguntas. Dá dicas de como fazer as pessoas responderem questionários, como formular produtos que as pessoas querem. Descreve um sistema de sequenciamento de emails e dá fórmulas para escrever conteúdo que engage e atraí. Como Ryan tem formação de Neurocientista, sabe quais gatilhos mentais disparar e em qual ordem. Acho que vale muito a pena para empreendedores e marketeiros de pequenas, médias e grandes organizações

You Can Now Know How to Find the Perfect Customer for Your Business.
Like I mentioned in a comment on the NLM Mastermind Facebook Group, I purchased the book on Monday, finished reading it on Tuesday and joined the Facebook group on Wednesday. Once I got into it, I couldn't put it down.If you are in a business that needs leads, you know that the most effective leads are those that are coming to you, with cash in hand ready to buy. But how do you get that laser focus that allows you to identify those prime leads?Simple. Buy this book.Ryan has created a funnel system through a series of surveys, that is simple, effective, and so unobtrusive that customers will identify themselves to you without any objection. And it can work for any industry or niche.In a word, brilliant!Now I said it is simple in it's concept, but as Ryan says in the book, "The devil is in the details." However, even if there is some work to getting it up and running, once you do one, you will do a hundred surveys.I read through it the first time, fairly quickly because I understood what he was explaining and my excitement was almost uncontrollable. I knew that I could do this and it would work, because I know I've filled out numerous surveys in my time with barely giving it a thought.I think this is could easily be the most important tool in your marketing arsenal...period. You need leads, but more importantly you need the right leads and Ryan teaches you exactly how to find them.Again. Brilliant.
