Expensive, doesn't fit newer MacAIR.
So, this Mag safe lead is the old one that does not fit the MacBook air 2013 with the new cable. And on top of it, for the incredibly expensive price, they do not provide the tiny adapter that works "some of the time". I am being charitable about this, since...with our travels back and forth from the land of little electricity through the land of anxiety about terrorists, all our electronics are thoroughly searched and always something goes missing...I have to understand that these leads are often the fallen soldiers.However, I cannot believe that these battery producers don't even keep the pretense of adaptable equipment up at a reasonable price. I will start looking for other mac adaptable external batteries today.

Works only with HyperJuice
Work fine with Hyperjuice 100Wh External Battery. For one month, it has not caused any problem. How ever, it did not work with similar produt from other company, LB1 High Performance Portable Jump Starter Power Bank 12000mAh External Battery Packs for Apple MacBook Pro.

So much more durable, rollable, "stuffable" and better-looking than making your own using the MagicBox.

Best Thing for the Job
Works absolutely perfectly!I looked at cheaper adapters but these were nasty black plastic things that also needed another cable to complete the connection to my HyperJuice and did not seem to have the little light that shows orange for charging and green for charged.This cable looks perfect has the little light and is a neat one cable solution - glad I did not follow the advice of the reviewer who has only ever given anything 1 star!

Amazingly Overpriced
Hard to come by, admittedly, but even so the cost is outrageous and unwarranted.Bought an equally functional connector for <$13 total (shipping and all) at bixnet.com
