Q: On the main picture it shows a yellow Handel in the case. Does it zip closed?

It zips closed. The yellow handle is actually a float to protect from losing the camera equipment in water such as a lake.

Q: Will a GoPro 3 way arm fit inside the medium case ?

The case is about the size of a lunchbox. Seems pretty roomy. There is a sleeve the full size of the case inside the "top". There is also precut foam that can be removed to fit your camera and accessories.

Q: I have a 2016 modle q8 tec.bean action cam and would it work for it.

It'll work and it's foam so you can cut to fit
