Wonderful pes
Excellent Swedish pearl sugar! It is the perfect finish for my newest obsession - Swedish pastries! Whether you bake the buns with the pearl sugar on top or you add it after, it provides the perfect crunch. I often add a bit of sugar before baking and a sprinkle when the pastry comes out. Yum!!

Excellent product!
This is a pearl sugar to use on baked goods. I use it on muffins for a little sweet crunch, sugar cookies, and bulla, a Swedish braided sweet bread. This gives a nice sweet crunch while making your baked goods look more professional. I’ve never been unhappy with this brand!!

Great Product!!!
I’ve been cooking and baking over 50 years and have never heard of this type of sugar.I can’t remember but I think I saw it on a cooking show and immediately looked on Amazon for it and of course they had it!I baked blueberry muffins last night and topped them with this right before I put them in the oven. They came out with the sugar exactly where I put it. It almost looks like pretzel salt. It gave the muffins a professional finish and the tops were nice and crunchy just like a bakery! I love this stuff!!! I’ll be using it for banana bread and to top turnovers etc. I’m very glad I bought it and would highly recommend it. Give it a try and I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s excellent

YES PLEASE!
I have been looking everywhere for these! I love baking at home and am heavily European influenced so I have seen the way a nice challah, or Zopf or sweet bread of any sort should look (and I know what it should taste like too .. I grew up with them!).These worked PERFECTLY! They didn’t burn or melt even in hot temperatures (they were on this challah the whole time it baked) and they made the bread taste that much sweeter. Literally. Plus it gives it a super professional look.Highly recommend!

Know the difference!!
There is a difference between Belgian and Swedish pearl sugar!!The Belgian style is large (like a small pea) and is for sugar waffles. The Swedish is smaller crystals used to top cookies and muffins. They are not sweet like cane sugar, they are white and imperfectly shaped. The degree of sweetness is perfect for this application where you don’t want overwhelming sugar all over your muffin.

Perfect for Swedish Vita Bread
This sugar is exactly what Grandma used to use on her Swedish rolls. The sugar was fresh with the perfect crunch. I switched up my rolls and made them into Bunnies for Easter this year. You can add a drop of food coloring and mix in sugar for fun colors.Pros: Comes in a resealable bag, which keeps it fresh.Cons: A moment on the lips...forever on the hips. Ha! :)

Not normal sugar
Don't want to give it a bad review. I never used this and it was needed for a receipe I made. It has the consistency of salt you find on pretzels but not a sweet taste that you would expect from sugar. So my review is more caution in knowing what you are getting and not the quality of the product.
