It works well. The outside doesn't get too hot for obvious reasons, only slightly warm. Looks great and is comfortable to use. It would be even better if it was a bit bigger as it doesn't hold too much liquid so I often have two cups. I'm glad it comes with two because they are very delicate. I accidentally bounced one against a china bowl and it broke. The upside is, it doesn't shatter so it was easy to clean up! Would purchase for others and would purchase again for me (will probably have to at this rate!)

I ordered these type of cups before, but they broke easily. These cups by GBESTE are much better than what I've had before. They certainly keep the drink hot, while the outside is cool. They look good on the coffee machine and are certainly a talking point. I thoroughly recommend you purchase these cups.

The word glass can be misleading as the mug is not completely glass, the outside is a "hard" plastic. Most probably the inside is glass. But overall, the mugs are easy to hold, comfortable, keeps the contents hot/warm, and are "good-looking" mugs. A definite recommend.

As it was a replacement, I knew what to expect. A very good quality mug to enjoy my morning cafe latte! However, they do break if you are clumsy!

Initially the cups were great, kept the drink hot for longer.After a few times being washed the vacuum between the outside and inside of the glass started to fill with water.Now whenever you use the cup the water trapped inside leaks out as you add hot water nad the cup expands.I bought 3 sets of these and so far 4/6 cups have done the same thing.These are expensive considering they only last a few months before you have to throw them away.I would not recommend buying these, they fill with water and leak everywhere when you try to use them.
