LOUD. These things are as loud as a full on rack system. Sound great. EXCELLENT bass. The nicer your soundcard is, the better these things are. I've had two of these; the first set lasted me 12 years, so they are super quality. If you're on the fence on these, don't be. You will be absolutely pleased.

My Cyber Acoustics 2.1 system started to die and while looking for a replacement I noticed these refurb Klipsch speakers. I am not much of an aficionado when it comes to sound equipment, so I am probably easy to impress. That aside, these speakers sound GREAT. I use them as computer speakers , lots of music and movies and Youtube, etc. They have been a massive improvement over the cyber acoustic unit, and not terribly much more money.For being a refurb unit, they looked new. No signs of wear & tear, packaging and instructions were all included and intact.Don't hesitate to get these if you're looking for a 2.1 speaker system.

More sound than I thought I was paying for. Unexpected volume and boom. My shop is 40 x 40 ft and you cant talk when these are rocking.

These have been out for a long time and I assume at some point Klipsch switched materials/manufacturer because they aren't the same as the highly-rated originals. However, they seem to be very close. And if you can get them for 80-100 they are excellent speakers for general music or games.Only reason I give 4 stars is because they seem to have an odd issue where one of the 2 channels stops working randomly (has happened 3 times, I never touched or changed anything) but I've been able to get it working after some fiddling with the cables. It may be I got a bad set or perhaps it is a manufacturing defect.

I bought several of these to use with various pc's and other applications. For the most part, I have been pleased with their performance. I did have a problem with fidelity from one of the 5 sets I had purchased however, Klipsch customer service was very quick to recognize the problem and replace the faulty with no hassle. I highly recommend this set of speakers, they are great for most applications. The speakers handle low frequencies exceptionally well, it's hard to believe how much bass is produced from the 6" sub. The fidelity of these speakers is very impressive on high and low end. These speakers feel right at home playing songs like "Brass Monkey" from the Beastie Boys or "Walk on the Wild Side" by Lou Reed. The bass sounds fantastic at volumes loud enough to vibrate through your body. I do not think you will find a comparable set of speakers in this price range to come close to the performance that these deliver. Do yourself a favor, buy these speakers.

I bought these because they were Klipsch!That being said, the sound quality surprised me.I heard things in the music that I have been listening to for over 30 years, that I hadn't heard before. The High end and Mid-range are crystal clear, and the subwoofer delivers plenty of punch. The subwoofer is not designed to shake the house, but it does an amazing job of filling in the low register. My advice is, if you are looking for great sound in a small package....check these out.

After less than 9 months in use for general usage, I get a kazoo-like sound coming from one speaker. I'm not a gamer and only use these for teams calls and the occasional YouTube video. The volume is only at maybe 30% and I get this thin, vibrating sound coming from one of the speakers. It's annoying. I'd expect this from a cheap speaker but these were very expensive not to last even a year. Apparently only a 90 day warranty. Will never buy Klipsch again!

These speakers are a huge upgrade from an old set that started to hum and distort. I love my audio and bass, so when I got these speakers I cranked em up and found the Bass is amazing for this little sub, and the Hi's and Mid's are crystal clear. There is adjustable Bass and Volume knobs on one speaker, the only flaw I can find with this set is the glaring white light that does not turn off, but nothing a peice of electrical tape cannot fix. Pricey but IMO well worth the money.
