GREAT option for sensitive skin
I have VERY sensitive skin, my face hurts for two days every time I shave. The trend of adding more blades was not a good one for me because whenever they added yet another blade I did not feel like the shave was smoother, but it does hurt more. I used to be a Mach3 guy and then I spotted this skinguard with just 2. I feel like the 2 blades shave just as smooth and I can tell a huge difference in how much my face hurts.Unfortunately they don't sell packages of like 16 with a holder like they do the Fusion. This 8 blade refill is the cheapest option I have found

Gamechanger
I used to use Gillette Fusion 5 razors for years, thinking it would give me a close shave. I’d have to change out the blades pretty quick because within 2-3 shaves it would hurt when I’d shave, particularly in the mustache area. It always felt like it was taking some skin off with it. Then I tried these. Not only did it not hurt even after many uses, but it gave me the closest shave of my life! (And I go with the grain). I could actually feel my skin in certain places. How it does this with only two blades, I dont know, but its a lifesaver. Fusion 5 is garbage, get these!!!

Best Razors Made! I call them Cut Figheters!
I have used Gillette Skin Guard razors for about two years now. They are great! Before this I used "The Bump Fighter." But they went out of business. Those razors were excellent. They were made for people with sensitive skin. They were especially good for Black Men, and any men that were prone to razor cuts. But after those razors were lost, I went on a search for a replacement. I found Gillette Skin Guard. I was skeptical at first. But after a few shaves, I was happy. Rarely do I cut myself. They have the same performance as Bump Fighter, and extra features like a back blade for precise cutting of side burns, and other areas. These razors are number 1! If you have problems with cuts from shaving, or pseudofolliculitis barbae (razor bumps), then you should try this excellent razor. It's the best razor since the Bump Fighter! In fact, I think it has better features, and it's widely distributed. I get them cheaper on Amazon, so that's where I buy. But you could find these in a Wallmart or drug store if you run out on vacation. It's better than having to travel to a military commissary to find them! I call them the Cut Fighter because they rarely cut my face. That's only something I coud say in the past about the Bump Fighter. So now, we have the Gillette Cut Fighter! I sincerely hope that Gillette reads these reviews, and that they keep making these fine razors. They should advertize them as cut fighters! They are worlds above the 3 or 5 bladed wonders that Costco sells. No other razor on the market comes close to the Cut Fighter in Consistent NO CUT Performance.

For Smooth, clean face.
These razors are my husbands absolute favorite. Clean shave with the sharpest blades and provides a smooth face with no skin irritation. Great value for the money and for this quality. Definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for a great shave and value.

Consistently the best for my skin
Love that these work for my sensitive, ingrown-prone skin. Have been using them for years and the quality is consistent over and over. A little expensive but worth it for a clean, comfortable shave.

Great
I've been shaving for more than 20 years, and these blades are one of the best I have ever used. Gillete engineering department really hit the target this time.
