I don't know why this product is advertised as 9'x12'. When buying online, accurate dimensions are paramount as that is the only way to know if the product is what you need.This product is no bigger than 8'3" x 11'3" at best.It's a waste of time and money to have to send the product back and then look for something that fits your actual requirements.
