Hard to tell how well it works. The screen is in Chinese snd there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to change it to English.Also, the cable is not a standard cable. My fault I misplaced it but asked for another to be sent and I would pay and they responded, look in the box. Amazon identified it as USB -C, so I ordered that. Still haven’t heard about how to change screen to English. For all I know, it works great.... but I don’t know that yet. I HOPE so after I get help on changing screen to EnglishUPDATE. Seller finally gave instructions for changing screen to English. It is a very FAST speaking translation! I ordered a replacement USB-C cable and everything seems to work. I will give this 4 stars now. After my trip I will revisit to see how accurate the translation is. I will have three different translators so it will be interesting to compare

Arrived without US adapter, which I had to purchase separately. Once charged, everything was in Chinese. Hours later, we had it operating as advertised. A few days later, we realized Google translate did the same things for free. Wish we could return it. Caveat emptor...

The device was not easy to use and it started out in Chinese language was hard to get it to go to English

The device would either not detect what you were saying or it would give you a wrong translation, had other people to try it to make sure wasn't just my voice, but did same thing.
