Great bbq grill
Received my new Coyote grill in good condition and sooner than I expected. I like the burners and ability to control the heat levels. The smaller rack on the top is handy for keeping food warm while other food is cooking. I use this grill for slow roasting my turkey when my over is busy making other dishes for Thanksgiving. I recommend keeping it covered is stored outside all year to avoid weather damage. So far the steaks were cooked perfectly!

Perfect replacement for earlier model.
Very nice unit. All of the stainless steel grates, flavor riser, and forged stainless steel burners Should help this last a long time. Very nice unit and easy to install. Perfectly replaced an earlier 28 inch model by coyote.

Looks good, not durable at all, parts unavailable
We purchased a new-build home in 2015 and had a custom patio with a built-in Coyote C-Series 28-Inch 2-Burner (CCX2) grill installed in it. At the time, we thought that Coyote would be a good brand, based on the reviews and the fact that this grill cost us over $1600 (installed) back in 2015.The performance of this grill was NEVER anything more than adequate. It had an issue with hot spots and NEVER had the ability to grill over the entire surface area. I have used $200 throwaway grills that had better grilling ability.By 2017, both of the 'flavorizer' panels had completely rusted through (despite being removed and cleaned regularly). Coyote replacement parts were over $120 for two pieces of bent stainless steel sheets (absolute robbery). The face of the thermometer fell off/rotated the following year, rendering it useless as a measuring device. Not that you could use it anyways - the red needle completely faded into invisibility after a year or so.In 2019, one of the burners burned it's way through the stainless steel rear seating area (part of the grill body), and would have fallen through it, but is propped up with a scrap piece of metal. This year, we noticed that the flames were always orange, and our very first tank of LPG lasted only three grilling sessions. I took the grill out and discovered that the gas pipe supplying the valves had rusted completely through just before the first valve. If the tank was not turned off, it would simply leak it's contents through this hole in the pipe, thus wasting an entire tank of LPG.I tried to order a replacement pipe through Coyote, only to be told a week later that the part was not available. Now I am left with a useless patio grill station with a $1600 Coyote-branded paper weight in it.ALL of the parts required to repair this grill are unique to this make/model (unique valves/igniters/gas manifold) and my grill is trash after 5 1/2 years. Unacceptable!

Excellent quality and durability
This is the best grill we've ever owned. We bought it for an outdoor kitchen renovation, and not only is it very sturdy, and heavy duty, it grills beautifully. We also got the optional grill plates that allow us to grill fish or vegetables easily. It's a beautiful looking grill as well. Fits perfectly into the space and looks sleek.I also want to add a comment about the customer support from Coyote. Our project included a pool build with the outdoor kitchen, and supply chain delays with Covid, left us with the grill sitting in the garage for months. We had an issue when we hooked it up, and the company who sold us the unit was not at all interested in hearing from us, since more than six months had passed. The Coyote representative (Antoine), diagnosed the problem on the phone and went out of his way to resolve the issue. I cannot say enough positive things about Coyote! You'll never regret owning one!
