Scrumptious deal .
In my childhood days our neighbors used to cook this and share it with us ...now with change in place I was missing this .I was in search of this and let me tell you this served the purpose. It may not taste like the authentic Rajasthani preparation but its close. People from Rajashtan shouldnt try this as they wont like it at all ....they make it much better. but for the rest definitely try and taste this once . Its all dried vegetables which has a lot of cultural story behind it .The pack comes with a easy DIY recipe... even a kid can make it . Finally it has the little spicy tangy taste with a hint of sweetness with those raisins coming in between .Great value for money

Dried thin sangri and wrong instructions.
package contains mostly dried old thin sangri and ker, the only good thing is it is complete package, comes with spice powder. Instructions are not proper, on the carton, it shows different packages, but in reality most of the things are mixed into without any label. If they are mixing things and packing into single cover, they should have put labels, on which packet contains which things, you have to look closely to figure out that this contains multiple things. I was searching for different packets, as the box shows different packets, but most of the things are clubbed together.

NOT FOR MY PALATE
HI THEREI have never tasted this dish before.So I was waiting to make this and taste\.Was it worth the waiting? Sadly NO for me.Why/ Let me explain in detailPLUS POINTSQuality of the ingredientsRecipe is very clearAuthenticity of the products:All the ingredients were packed separately inside the pouchEasy to makeMINUS POINTI did not like the taste of the dishA small suggestionRecipe is written inside the pack and pre soaking is required for 3 ingredients( at least for 3 - 4 hours). This I came to know after opening the pack I thought I will prepare it for dinner and later had to change the plan.If this was written on the pack rather than inside it would have been useful to me or anyone who is trying for the first time.VERDICTThere is nothing wrong with the dish except that I personally did not like the taste of it.I think it is the acquired taste.Would I recommend this to others? Of course I would ! If you like the authentic regional (Rajasthani) dish then go for it.

Easy , quick and simple
I tried making this ready to cook pack of Panchkutta & Lehsun ki chatni . I was amazed to see that it was quite easy to make following the basic steps and moreover the taste was so flavourful and delicious. Being a Rajasthani I can relate its flavour and thickness ...it was simply delectable . My family loved it too😋

Have Rajasthani cuisines sitting at home!
Lehsun ki chutney tastes awesome.My grandfather is a fan of homemade lehsun ki chutney but it was so difficult to make that at home, takes a lot of effort. But this packet is a life saver, takes 5 minutes completely and tastes exactly like homemade. I would highly recommend anyone who's thinking of buying this. Ghar baithe rajasthani khao!
