Q: Does think mix well with milk or Almond Milk?

I mix it in almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, coconut water. I tried it with whole milk one time..my god, was it good! I add strawberries, blueberries, almond butter, coconut oil, flaxseed..different things to both flavor shakes. For power shake add greens of your choice, etc. to vanilla powder.

Q: Why are the reviews from 2+ yrs ago & none recent? Has the bad taste & burning issue been resolved?

Protein is just for muscle growth for after a work out. With a protien powder you still need to eat after a workout. Meal relplacement is great for a meal on the go and gives you all vital nutrients for a meal including the protein. So you don't have to eat anything else with it.
