Nice try but this isn't a necklace
Not sure how I am supposed to get the chain around my neck. I joke that I have a big head but this necklace would barely fit over a baby dolls head and it doesn't have a clasp. I bent open the hook that attaches the fob to the necklace and just keep it in my pocket until I can find either a beaded chain or decent necklace for it. I have been using it for a little over a week and haven't checked how the pills are fairing. The packaging says the pills should be changes every 2-3 weeks. Guess I will have to check that soon. Also has a medical symbol engraved on the side so that is a nice bonus to alert EMTs if I ever go down.

Missing Black O-Ring Seal as Shown in photo. Why?
The Pill Fob I received does not have what looks like a black O-RING seal as in the photo. It only has an interior thin, white, foam plug on the upper part that seals the lower part when screwed in. I don't think the threads without an O-RING seal will keep liquid sweat from possibly contaminating the interior. I also think that air will seep through the screw threads and past the permeable interior foam plug. It should have had a secure, O-RING seal as shown in the sales photo. The photo is deceptive. I added an O-RING purchased from Home Depot to fix this potential problem.

This pill fob is stylish, practical, durable, and reliable. It can be worn around the neck, and does not look awkward. It is functional in design, and serves its purpose well. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was a good container to secure emergency meds but the necklace was below par. It caused a green ring around the neck and got rusty.

It unscrewed while I was wearing it loosing all pills inside as well as the bottom portion of the pill fob.. Didn't but the same one for my replacement
