Q: What happened to your packaging? 1/4 of the bottle spilled in the box... will this be fixed or should I look for another supplier?

No, they do not fix this problem. I had the same thing happen and they sent me an email back as if they would do something and then ignored further emails. They also won’t give bonuses of things they’re supposed to. I have bought four different items from them and they don’t seem to be reputable. I’m done.

The company's products are Certified Organic by Ecocert ICO, LLC and both VITAL'S INTERNATIONAL GROUP as well as specifically Pura D'Or Sweet Almond Oil is absolutely listed as Certified Organic on the USDA Organic Integrity Database official Web site.
