Not whole 6.0 cf poly wheelbarrow. Sm Parts box only. Ace has whole contractor grade wb for $70-80.
Not a whole 6cf poly wheelbarrow. Only received a small box, couldn't possibly be a whole 6cf wheelbarrow....only parts.Don"t order this unless you hust need the bolts and brackets...but at that price you can get a whole 6 cf steel contractor grade wheelbarrorw for $70-80 elsewhere. Amazon screwed up again listing this item as a wheelbarrow...should be listed as: parts only for a wheelbarrow.

TWKT: EASY install, HUGE increase in hauling capacity and stability with a 2nd wheel
Turn your True Temper Total Control (or similar wheelbarrow) into a TOTAL MONSTER with another wheel.I typically use my True Temper Total Control 6 cu ft wheelbarrow to haul firewood. I had a large green oak come down recently, which I cut into ~19" rounds and manually split those in half due to the weight. With two wheels I can pull 2-4 half-rounds on a path up a small rocky hill, as you can see in the picture. I estimate the total weight to be 150-200 pounds of wood, still an effort but nearly impossible with one wheel. The extra wheel with True Control handles to pull the wheelbarrow means far fewer trips and a much more stable load.In the TWKT two wheel conversion kit:- 16" tire (or 15.5") on a hub. It is the 4.00-4.80/8 tire, although the tread may not match your current tire exactly. The description says '8" tire,' which is the hub size (it's a full wheel assembly, put some air in it).- Axle brackets.- Long axle with small holes drilled through at each end.- Two spacers, two washers, and two cotter pins (hairpins).- The kit replaces your original axle brackets and short axle.Installation: Took about 5 minutes with a 13mm wrench. The documentation is clear, just follow the pictures. The documentation indicates this fits several wheelbarrows, not just the Total Control. A tip: Don't tighten the axle brackets fully until both wheels are on. When the wheels are on, push the axle brackets outward toward the wheels and then tighten. This way the wheels won't wander back and forth on the axle.In use: Huge help. You want to haul firewood or rocks or just have a "less tippy" wheelbarrow, add the two wheel conversion kit TWKT to your wheelbarrow. This does cut down on a wheelbarrow's ease of turning, tipping, and dumping to the side, but we have another wheelbarrow for that. This wheel kit will increase your hauling capacity and stability, and it's a great combination with the Total Control handles when you've got a small hill to deal with.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR TOTAL CONTROL...well, at least while using your wheelbarrow.
First let me say; YES, one wheel is included. I have a True Temper wheelbarrow and this tire matched the tread and size of the existing wheel. I replaced the inner tube (Mission Automotive 4.80/4.00-8" replacement inner tube on Amazon) in the existing tire, as it was old and no longer holding air, but the tire itself looked to be in good shape. Installation of the new, longer axle, brackets, additional wheel, and cotter pins, including checking both tire pressures, took about 15 minutes. Instructions are included and easy to follow. You will reuse the existing 4 bolt/nut assembly to install the new axle brackets onto the front braces, and the new, longer axle will use cotter pins (also included in the kit) to keep the tires on. (The tire on the single axle was kept in place because it was positioned BETWEEN the 2 front braces.) The tools used for the installation: 1/2" offset box wrench to loosen/tighten the axle bracket bolts, tire pump (floor type), and low pressure tire gauge (recommended tire pressure is 25psi). I am so happy to have been able to convert my older existing wheelbarrow, which has the nice metal shaft "Total Control" handles, into a "double-wheel-with-Total-Control-handles" for WAY MORE CONTROL!!! I am a short, 64y/o female, and I am grateful for this additional control and support, making outside chores enjoyable.

Fits a Jackson wheelbarrow perfectly but...
Fits a Jackson wheelbarrow perfectly but...The original Jackson wheelbarrow wheel had ball bearings and a grease fitting. The included wheel has neither. Otherwise all Quality Parts where used & easy to install. You have only 4 nuts and bolts to undo. Depending on how old your wheel barrel is, you may have 4 rusted nuts, bolts and washers. If they are not too rusted you can run them under a motor driven wire brush to remove the rust. Mine was just slightly rusted, even though it was about 20 years old, because Jackson uses quality parts.Included in the package is:Wheel Assembly, large washers, cotter pins, wheel spacers, axel, axel bracket, an instruction sheet.Tools required are half inch wrench and screwdriver.Attached find the two wheel kit instruction sheet

Weighed in the Balance
I am disabled and was looking for a way to be more careful in handling my wheelbarrow. I'm sure their product is good, but not for me. It was easy to assemble. The wheelbarrow conversion kit cost me $73.00 including the tax. When taking out the wheel, axle & brackets out of the box, the wheel they provided was bigger than my tire/wheel. For me to have two exact, matching wheels, I had to go buy two more wheels at $30.00 a piece ($60.00) . While I was at the big box store getting two more tires, I looked at the wheelbarrows with two wheels, I realized I was spending more money on fixing mine, when I could just buy a new two wheel wheelbarrow. I returned the two wheels, went back home and put everything back into the box and sent the Conversion kit back. For my safety, I purchased a four wheel cart 7 cu. ft. that has a dumping feature. I don't have to lift to push and I don't have to lift to empty; protecting my lower back, and it won't tilt over with my load. At first, I thought I could just purchase all the items separately on my own, but it was higher than buying the Kit. So I got the kit. Consider the Cost of converting your wheelbarrow to a two wheeler. Make sure your wheels match. Hope this helps ---
