I have actually read the comments and bought it. And it really impressed me with its quality. The belt is damn firm and strong. I thought of buying a belt around 300 but i really suggest you to add some more bucks and buy this. I bought it for 388 and i guess its really worth it. I usually lift 100kg deadlift and 60 benchpress and really supported me a lot. I think it gonna last long for atleast 4-5 years . I got a small keychain too. My waist size is 34 and i bought small its perfect fit. So better buy smaller one.

This is a no-nonsense, sturdy, and effective weightlifting belt. I lift >120 kg in deadlifts and > 70 kg in barbell squats. I have used both the leather belts and velcro belts, but this one surpasses the others. On top of it, it's really priced economically. The packaging too was good, and cherry on the cake: the seller sent me a complimentary boxing-glove shaped key-chain. I strongly recommend this product.

Thick at the abdominal area, so pretty uncomfortable. Should have been 4 inches

This is a decent belt for medium level weight training, little soft but has retained its shape and support during my 4 months of serious use.Provide comfortable support for deadlift, vertical rows and squats. I would recommend it for beginner and medium level weight training.
