Light, plastic - and perfect
These do exactly what they should. I would just do regular press-ups but find that these cause wrist pain. They are light, plastic, cheap (so can be lost without upset), can be very easily pulled apart for transport and put back together again. I bring them with me on my work travels so can at least do some exercise even if my hotel doesn't have a gym. They don't come with any instructions for exercises, but you can of course use them for more than press-ups.I'm glad I bought them, and would recommend them to anyone who gets pain in the their wrists when doing press-ups.

Better than ANY flat hand pushups .
Im a push-up guy. Been doing old fashion/hand flats on the ground for quite sometime. Got the idea & saw these & I can say it will elevate your pushups game to levels you wouldn’t expect!! They’re easy to assemble, store anywhere, & use in different directions. Because you’re off the ground you can go lower and the grip is much easier than any hard floor surface. They transportable so if you’re on vacation and don’t particularly want to put your hands on the hotel floor BOOM you got your two buddies who will help “PUMP YOU UP”!! Guess you could call them Hans & Frans (classic reference for you pop culture people) :) YES BUY THESE STOP QUESTIONING YOURSELF THEY’RE AMAZING!!!

Solid Push-Up Bars
Yes they are plastic, but they will work well for their intended use.I am 6 ft tall and weigh 180 lbs. I noticed some reviews complained about the sturdiness, stability of these push-up bars. After weeks of use I haven't had any issues whatsoever.I have used these in many different push-up positions. Normal, wide, decline and military. These push-up bars worked well for each of those different positions. Also, for someone who might have wrist issued when doing push-ups this is a must purchase. Along with the extended range of motion, these push-up bars took a lot of tension out of my wrists.Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this product to anyone debating purchasing push-up bars.

Description didn't mention that they're PVC, but still satisfied
There are 70+ reviews of this product already, so I'll keep this as brief as possible.Push-up bars are a nearly-essential part of any workout room. Almost nothing is as useful for general upper-body development (and specifically pectoral and triceps development) as the simple, ancient push-up.These bars are light, a nonintrusive black color, padded, collapsible (good for taking on a trip if necessary), and the right height for doing overextension push-ups (which helps to build more muscle and develop one's stabilizing musculature). Were they made of metal (as I had assumed when ordering - the description doesn't say, and every other pair I had used were of metal), I would have called them a bargain at $13. But as they are made of inexpensive PVC material, I would say that at best $13 is a fair price - and how long this plastic holds up will largely determine their value in the end. A metal set can last for years under heavy use by a large individual. A plastic one, we shall see.I work out with weights several times a week, so these will get quite a bit of use. Due to them being plastic and not metal (still wish the description would have mentioned this at the time I was ordering - possibly this omission has been fixed by the time you read this), I can only hope that they will hold my 210lbs through enough push-up sessions to make them worth the money. All things considered, I do recommend this product - especially to someone just getting into/back into fitness and who doesn't want to invest too much in an initial set of workout equipment.I will update this review if they break prematurely, or if they outlast my expectations.

Great tool for the price
For the price, this item is perfect. I am in the military and I keep this item in my office for my daily push-up routine. This product significantly reduces the pressure on the wrists and allows you to go decend farther, getting a better workout. The product is durable and well made for the price. There are improvements that could be made, as this product does not compare to the Perfect Push-Up, but if you are looking for an inexpensive alternative, you found it.

A Staple
Good price and quality bars. They are PVC, however the handles have a small "V" at the bottom to keep them from rotating. I like the full range of motion and notice regular push up (even when taking and Army PT Test) are much eaiser. great tool if you have to do push ups for your job (like me) or you just want a cut chest (like me). Get em.

Great value for the price
These are plastic in construction and may seem fragile but I have not had any problems. They are suprisingly sturdy and do not shake when I use them. They squeak a little, but a dab of oil took care of it. I'm 5 10, 205lb and they are great in targeting the pectorals with a wide arm positioning with the handles perpendicular to your body and the triceps when bringing them close to the body and the bars parallel to the body. They are not high enough for dips. For the price a good buy.

Lightweight and Awesome!
I bought these push up bars to help with my form and wrists for P90x, and they haven't disappointed. They are made of heavy duty plastic, so they flex just a little bit when 190 pounds of me gets on them. They show no signs of strain or breaking though. Simple design and easy to travel with, if necessary. They do everything I ask of them without issue. Great product!
