Bendable fork is amazing for cerebral palsy or stroke victims.
Through the years our son with cerebral palsy struggled to get a utensil that he could feed himself. Imagine 43 and wanting to feed yourself. Makes you laugh, because YOU can! However, if you have a disability from strokes or other things, a bendable fork will help you feed yourself. It is adjustable. I have used it for those who even visit and have trouble feeding themselves from other problems. It can bend to the right or left. Being independent is worth it all!!

Big ugly awkward
My Mom hated it and refused to use it. Way too big and embarrassing for her to use . I would not use it either

Good choice
Was easy to bend to the right angle. It is hard to fit in the dishwasher, but it is comfortable to use & works pretty well.

This is a tablespoon!
The picture makes it look like a regular teaspoon. It's actually a Tablespoon, which I guess is the same as a soup spoon. But I wouldn't have bought it if I had known it was going to be so big.

Works, but not Pretty!
The spoon can be bent easily, and will retain its position once bent. The hollow handle holds water, however, which drains out slowly wherever it's stored. The handle is also quite thick and somewhat hard to use.

A very good buy
These Ableware utensils are very adaptable and effective for a handicapped diner (me) getting food from plate to mouth without spilling or losing control midway. I have adjusted and readjusted both the fork and spoon more than once to optimize their comfort and efficiency quite successfully. It requires a substantial effort to crank them to an altered angle, but once adjusted they will remain there in perpetuity.

Well made
I bought these for my handicapped sister hoping she could use them but her wrists were too injured to be able to use them. I like how the fork could be twisted to either side. I thought they were very well made and I know someone could use them so I donated them to a nursing home. I actually tried two different kinds of adaptive utensils and neither worked for her

Well ....
This did not work for my 93yr old dad. He felt different. He could benefit from a bendable utensil but it would be more acceptable if it looked normal. The white plastic handle is not of good quality. A stainless steel handle that went into the dishwasher would be helpful.

Poor quality
Wrist tab already broken off when I received it. Had not realized before purchasing that it is made from hazardous material. Returning for refund
