They're pretty decent pills. I feel as if they're pretty effective as the fats seemed to have passed through my system and have dropped a pound! The only issue with them is that the caplets are very large and could pose difficulty for folks with problems swallowing bigger supplements.

I have taken one pill with my breakfast and immediately put me to sleep. Later on I have taken my lunch at 130 pm and I had an app with my dentist at 4 :00, I have taken the second pill with my lunch and put me to sleep, I woke up at 4 pm . What I need to know if it has any somnífero because I do not know if I lost weight but please I do not sleep during daytime

I've been taking these for a very short time. The the price is good for the quantity. They protect from high blood cholesterol level, and theres no sugar added. The vitamin C and Zinc work together as metabolism booster. I have never tried Chitosan, but from what I've read a binds the fat from your food in your stomach where it remains undigested until it is eliminated. And no shakiness!

Took a month and no results. Won't purchase again.

I got these because my friend tried them and they worked for him. As long as you keep a healthy diet and take these as directed then you will see a difference in both weight and body fat percentage. Couple it with exercise and boost your results even more. Can’t beat it for the price.

Pills are bigger than I was expecting and price seemed high for only 60 pills. More than anything I do like that it helps to provide a constant reminder to eat and live healthy. Other than the axe of the pills, I don’t have any trouble taking these regularity.
