This supplement is great! Take as directed on the bottle or by your health professional. This brand is a bit more expensive but well worth it! It combines an extract standardized to .08% salidrosides and .08% rosavins with whole root extract. Many of the other brands I've tried don't have that high of percentage.

I got because of a tip from a friend. I am a high strung individual and this product made me feel like I was on a illegal drug. I gave some to a friend of mine and it didn't do anything for him. Very difficult to swallow despite being so small.... Strong Aftertaste didn't notice a great benefit from them...doubt that I will order these again...

It's not a miracle cure or magic bullet. Remember when Ginseng was THE latest thing??? There are no adverse side effects. My suggestion is: go see your doctor and have a physical instead.
