VIGOROSOMen's Sport Day Date Black Leather Automatic Self Winding Watch

Exceeds expectations.
For the price, this watch is great. Wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded expectations. Wanted a cheap watch for work that I don't have to worry about messing up. This is it and more. Solid watch, I like the curved crystal, and it looks great on my wrist. Keeps time just as good as my automatic Bulova. The strap is sturdy and looks fine with the watch. If you want a low priced, good automatic watch, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Good Watch
Bought this watch because I wanted to check the time at work without getting my phone out and because I like the mechanical aspect of the watch. The automatic charging works fine for me since my job requires lots of movement. I can see and read the time clearly. The big numbers for the hours and the little ones for the minutes makes it very easy for me to tell the time. It keeps time great! Maybe off by a 1/4 of a minute but never less or more. The calendar has not worked so far. It requires me to manually change the date. (which I kind of like) I changed the band as soon as I got it. The one it came with fit fine and looks good but I was going for a WW2 watch and this one looked the closest for the price, just bought an another band for it and it looks like what I was going for. A good watch overall I haven’t scratched it yet but I imagine it’s only a matter of time with my job. I would recommend.

Not worth the low price - don't keep accurate time
Got this watch in the mail last week. I opened the box and the watch looked great, no damage in shipping. Later on while putting the watch on my wrist, the pin in the catch slipped out. It took me several hours to find and replace the pin so I could wear the watch. I then set the date and set the correct time put the watch on my wrist at 1:20pm, I looked at the time around 7pm and the watch was already 1 hr 53 minutes too slow. I set the watch the next day and it lost time again about 2 hrs again. This watch is no good, don't waste your time and money. I thought it looked good and being a self wind this was just what I wanted, but if it doesn't do what a watch is supposed to do, keep time, it's no good!

Morbid curiosity
This is almost a great cheap automatic watch option. I got it because I was curious what a $20 automatic watch would be like. Its not great LOL. Then I had to wonder asside from novelty why would anyone insist on a mechanical for $20 when at that price there's so many great quartz options that actually keep great time...better than most expensive mechanical and auto watches even. This watch is basically a novelty, not a reliable time piece.Luckily it can be hand wound as well as auto winding because the power reserve on this watch is awful. I've had it stop or slow down on my multiple times while wearing it. I no longer wear it to work or anywhere I need my watch to not fail me. Other issues, it has no lume and no hacking on the seconds hand. Pros. It looks nice, I love the domed crystal, and it has a display caseback. A display caseback on a $20 watch? That's just crazy but here it is. If the power reserve on this watch was a little reliable this would be a decent watch at any price and a ludicrously great deal at 20 bucks. But as is its just meh, in fact I probably have it higher ratings than it deserves simply because at this price its better than you would expect, but if you need a watch that will not make you late. You can get a quartz alternative that looks just as good and keeps better time.

Incredible value
Shocked at how well this works! Have worn this watch during my last deployment to SWA and it does the job. Kept decent time, never failed me, and looks almost like an IWC. The movement is cheap and winding is not high quality but for automatic movement works great and it survived a rugged deployment. Wore it everyday in Kuwait, Jordan on runs and convoys. Still looking good. Put it on a NATO strap (found on Amazon) immediately, recommend buying a strap for it. Minimal investment and adds a lot to the watch’s appearance.

Great beginner automatic watch!! Buy one if you don’t need to rely on accuracy.
Let’s start if by saying that it’s a sub $20 automatic watch. I love this watch!!! I own others that are a lot more expensive but this is a great little IWC homage for someone that wants a beater watch or to learn about automatics. I’m clearly not a watch snob and couldn’t afford to be one. If you are looking for a fabulous, flawless super accurate watch, move along but I’m sure you already guessed that. If your looking to get into automatics and willing to not always rely on the time that it keeps, then this is for you. I like to wear my watches Schwarzkopf style (one on both wrists) and I don’t need to rely on just one but then again who needs to rely on any watches if you have a phone or a friend. Anywho, buy it and enjoy it for what it is. Be creative and throw it on a nato strap and change the strap when you get bored. This is a great starter watch especially for your kids first automatic watch. The power reserve is very short and the rotor doesn’t rotate as well as it could if you decided to learn how to work on autos with this and oiling the jewels.

So so timekeeper but not Waterproof
This is very inexpensive watch that runs good and keeps okay time ,it requires winding ,once or twice a day and it is a So So Automatic ! just not the best ,but it's worth the price if your not looking for a Water Resistant time piece ,its really not water resistant and fogs up once in awhile but it clears up quickly, so that has not been a big problem with this watch for me 3* is for the time and date complication that work good. So with that just remember the price of this watch and its a cool watch for dry sunny days.
