Works well and doesn't break too easily
Appears to be genuine Bosch item fitted well and works far better than other none branded spools, including winding your own

Strimmer Wire
Okay. Bought for my Bosch strimmer. Fits well but does seem to break quite easily but it’s quite inexpensive so I don’t mind too much.

Real or fake?
The loaded spools arrived in a clear poly pocket each, with a label with Bosch printed on it. Not in the usual Green Bosch box. This raises suspicions that what is supplied is a fake. Interesting that, perhaps not surprisingly, the undisputed spools with the Green Bosch Box are also made in China, is it is conceivable that what is supplied is the same product or maybe process-rejected spools. How does the customer know? To all intents and purposes, the spools and line look genuine. If fake, they are expensive. If real, why dot in the Bosch Green box. Either way, it seems a cheat.

Easy setup reel
The strimmer wire is very easy to assemble. One criticism is that if you are using it near rough edges then the wire keeps breaking and the feel does not last long. It's a shame that there are no reels with thicker wire.

Remarkable!
This is designed to work with the latest Bosch battery mid-sized strimmer (spec in the description). It reels out automatically in a reliable way. I’ve used a number of strimmers, large and small, petrol, mains and battery and thus is the best I’ve come accross. Always the correct length, I’ve never had to ‘pull it out a bit’. Amazing. The other thing is it’s exceptionally durable. I bought three of these with the Bosch Strimmer on the basis of past experience and the work that was required of the purchase. Well, all three are still in the packet because the original line is still giving service 8 weeks into a summer’s use on a equestrian yard!

Mycket bra tycker jag

Het trimdaad doet zijn werk, maar ik vraag mij wel af wat er met het materiaal gebeurd wat eraf slijt tijdens het gebruik. Veroorzaakt dit micro plastic in het milieu, want dat zit om de metalen draad? En ook het metaal lijkt mij niet goed wat eraf slijt. Kan dit niet milieuvriendelijker Bosch?
