Seems to be a good light for the money
I have a lot of light hungry carnivorous plants that need supplemental light when indoors. This is my first grow light so I have nothing to compare it to, but my initial impressions of are mostly good. While I don't have the appropriate meters to measure PAR or spectrum values, to the naked eye this is a very bright light and appears to be broad spectrum, leaning more heavily towards yellow/red compared to natural sunlight. A lux meter indicates that it is equivalent to or brighter than direct sunlight if you place the light close enough to the plants, albeit closer than the recommended 2' height. I know PAR to lux is apples to oranges but lux is the only value I can even roughly measure with the tools I have. The dimmer knob is great as I can dial down the consumption and place the light closer to my plants during the summer when I have just a couple of them inside, and during the winter when I bring my plants in I can dial it up and place the light higher to maximize the area of exposure and achieve the same intensity. Wattage claims are accurate as measured by a smart plug- pulls 134-135w from the wall at max intensity. Warranty period is 3 years which is great.(edit: this was a problem only with the original unit, replacement unit's fans cycle far less often, and stay on longer when they do kick on-far less annoying than the original unit) My biggest gripe about this light is that the fans are not all that quiet and they kick on and off very frequently. I really wish they were variable speed and just stayed on most/all the time at a lower RPM. The sound of them spinning up every 15 seconds or so is really annoying if you plan on having this light in a room that you spend a lot of time in- which I did. However, I don't feel like I can knock off a full star for that at this price point, and I honestly know if that's a feature common to grow lights. Additionally, I had an issue with my first unit- the potentiometer used in the dimmer seemed to be faulty. I was still within Amazon's return period, but I did contact Bozily directly about the issue and they were very interested in the specifics of the problem in order to pass it along to their product engineers, which I appreciated. This could have been luck of the draw- if I continue to have issues I will update my review accordingly. There are lights that have higher PPFD values but most that I researched pull significantly more watts from the wall, which equals more dollars on your utility bill. For my needs this light seems like the sweet spot of output intensity and electricity consumption. Planning on running it on a schedule that follows sunrise/sunset by way of an Etekcity smart plug and IFTT applet. Now all that's left to do is determine if my plants like it.Pros:- Very bright- Priced very reasonably- Infinitely variable dimmer- One knob vs gimmicky veg/bloom switches- Daisy chain plug accepts US and international plugs- Pulls a very reasonable 135w from the wall- 3 year warrantyCons:- Had QC issues with the first unit- Lots of plastic bits- Fans aren't variable speed and aren't all that quiet (edit: fan runs on a much more prolonged cycle on replacement unit, making it far less annoying)- Can flicker slightly at lowest setting

Buy it! I love it!
*Update 12/7/20: Still doing great! Plants overwintering inside are happy.*Update 7/11/20: All of my plants have acclimated to the light now. The succulents are all growing compact & showing stress colors, which is good! The light is mounted about a foot away from the top shelf. I only have it set to 40% & this is the best setting for my succulents without burning them. I LOVE this light & recommend it regularly. Will buy another when I get my second shelving unit!Original review 5/23/20: This is the perfect grow light! I needed a super bright light for my succulents but didn't want to be bothered to move it while acclimating my plants. I hung it where I wanted it to stay, started on a lower light setting, & got them up to just the right amount of light without having to raise or lower the light in the process. I actually have it hung at the top of a tall metal shelving unit with succulents on top & other plants on the lower levels descending according to their light needs. All of my plants are getting the level of light they need using this setup. It is much brighter than it appears in my picture, you can see my old, dull, "top of the line" purple grow light on the left. I still have to move some plants around & do some organizing so don't mind my mess, haha. I love it!

Heavy and powerful for small grow area
This light grows my bok choy, my aloe, and my orchid. It did drip condensation on my plants. Yuck! It does come with a dimmer knob. Hardware is good.👍🏻

Didnt last long at all
This light after several months of use on a timer, it ended up starting to overheat. The biggest issue with it is that there is no way for this to shut itself down if it gets too hot. If I didn't notice it was overheating this thing definitly would have started a fire. It was so hot I couldn't even touch it. there are much better and safer products on the market to use than this....

High pressure sodium like spectrum
Get 4 of these in place of 1000w HPS.Great spectrum. Pays for itself compared to your second bulb replacement on HPS? Still relatively new. Hopefully they stand the test of time. Delighted so far.

Very Bright Light But Well Controlled With The Dimmer!
No need to be adjusting the height often as the dimmer does the work for you. Also the fan temperature controlled it's a great feature!

Great light for a good price!
Pleased so far!(1 week) The dimmer is manual, which for me is the only drawback. Otherwise very pleased!
