When I bought a new couch 4 years ago, my cats burrowed into the soft material beneath the couch. This isn't something I wanted to happen when I got brand new dining room chairs with the same material underneath, so I got these cardboard squares and used a staple gun to attach them. Works great! No scratches at all! My chairs still look like new!

10 pieces of cardboard. I used them for arts and crafts. They served their purpose. Showed up quickly and in good shape.

Got them to act as middle-men between my painted walls and a bunch of sound-proofing foam squares I put up in my living room. As advertised they are sized appropriately and are also, unsurprisingly, cardboard. They seem to be holding up just fine!
