Brilliant. Burns all my cardboard and paper quickly

The size is perfect for burning documents and small bits of wood etc. holes at the bottom create a good air flow to keep the fire burning. The lid is good to control the burning speed when needed. Small self assembly required just to attach the legs. The legs looked a bit unstable at first but when it has some weight in the bin it’s actually quite stable. A few reviews say they didn’t get the poker stick however mine came with the poker and that’s solid and works well to poke through the holes at the bottom when it fills with ash. Easy to empty and clean too. Would recommend.

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be

I was so fed up with shredders that 'work' for nothing more than a few minutes before they sit idle for 30 to 'cool down' and, having a backlog of paperwork to dispose of, was bemoaning the fact I no longer have a working fireplace in which to burn it. In what I can only describe as a lightbulb moment I realised I could and duly purchased this little gem - and gem it is! Assembly, if you can call bolting on three legs that, took no more than a couple of minutes and I have to admit, I thought it looked rather cute sitting on a paving slab in the middle of the garden waiting for dusk to fall lol. It's a sturdy little thing and does exactly what I wanted it to. Within a few minutes, months of old bills, junk mail, correspondence, etc. were reduced to a pile of ashes and the shredder's consigned to the back of a cupboard - job done. I'm now looking forward to autumn when I can try it out with all those leaves from neighbouring trees!

This is great for burning small batch old paper work , it’s light weight , easy to use outdoors in a safe place , once cooled down and emptied do keep under cover , it will rust, but otherwise a great item .

This product arrived defective. The nails and legs were completely rusted and the bin look like it had been used and was rusted at the bottom. I think the bottom would have fell out on first attempt to use it. Returning it straight away. This is the first time I have received a defective item.

Keeps all the rubbish together. Good size. Value for the price
