If you can actually get the dog to lie on it!! 😂😂 we put it in an old pillow case and that seemed to do the trick. Think it must feel strange to walk on which doesn't help to get them to lay on it.The product itself is great, although smaller than expected, it's the dog that has the problem 😂

Heatwave
I bought this when we had the heatwave but unfortunately our cat wouldn't sit on it. My daughter's dog wouldn't either but I find it great for cooling my feet when they are hot!

I just bought this after my puppy started hyperventilating in the car on the drive home after a walk. It wasn’t especially hot in the car but it was obviously too hot for her after all the running around, even when I had the aircon on. She started panicking after that when we got in the car for trips so I needed to find a solution. This mat arrived today and she has been laying on it all afternoon, which is making me wonder if she is hot all the time even in the house! I’m going to keep it in her car crate so that she doesn’t get hot in there when I’m driving in the summer, as well as opening windows and aircon etc. I can’t comment on whether it is cooling her down right now but she obviously likes to lay on it so it must be doing something - there are plenty of more comfortable beds dotted around the house.

Doesn’t work sadly, doesn’t get cold.
Nothing happens when the dog sits on it and pressure is applied. Still comfy for them to lay on but that wasn’t the purpose of buying it.

Smell
The mat smelled horrible even after I had wiped it down with soap. My cat wouldn’t go near it.
