Pick ur battle.
I purchased this precious frame and loved it. Until I opened it…. The glass was broke. Amazon did a return for me, however the second one came in and the chain was broken. When you ship something made of glass and has a delicate chain on it you do not pack it with wadded up paper on top on a glass frame. So sad Amazon.

Very cute frame!
I got one of these (baby girl frame) years ago for my granddaughter's first picture. I now give them to friends/ new grandmas as gifts. They fit in with a variety of decors and are simple and sweet. They stay looking nice and shiny for years to come. Very pleased.

Tell Amazon to package it for a fragile item.
I loved the frame and it was exactly what I wanted but Amazon shipped it in a flimsy envelope and I received it with broken with a big crack across the glass. I returned it and got a replacement frame and that was received in same flimsy envelope and was cracked in about five different places and again was returned and I requested a refund.

Bootie attachment
I ordered this and when I received it the booties were not attached to chain and no way to attach. I submit a return and asked for a replacement. The second one came the same way. I had to have jeweler attach it with a small necklace ring. I don't understandIt's a super cute frame but don't understand why the booties aren't attached.
