PetsfitSturdy Top Loading Pet Backpack Carrier for Cat and Small Dog up to 16 Pounds

I took my cat across the country and had no problems with security or with fitting this carrier under the seat on the airplane. It carried well on my back, didn't even need to use the extra strap across the front. It is very sturdy and kept its form unlike 'duffle bag' type carriers I've traveled with previously. I liked that I could cover the plastic window on the back to give my shy kitty more privacy and to help her feel more in control of observing her surroundings on her own terms. The pockets were very useful for her papers, boarding passes, baggage claim tickets, and my wallet. I didn't need to bring anything else with me on the plane. This carrier helped make for a more stress-free trip!One thing I would add to it would be a softer mat for the bottom and for using when the pack is laying on it's back under the airline chairs.

This is a very sturdy well built carrier...it will be perfect for taking my snake on outings and my pet rats. The size is great...plenty of pockets...love the strap for around you for a secure hold. This would be great for small animals, small dogs...a little too small for my cats...but would work for a an emergency.

Petsfit makes quality backpacks. This is my favorite style out of all the ones I tried.It’s sturdy and spacious inside for medium to large cats. It has nice features like the wide front window, privacy flap and side entry door.Unfortunately, I returned it because it doesn't have a chest strap to take the weight off my shoulders.The Petsfit Expandable Backpack ended up being a more comfortable fit for me and my 11-12 lb cat despite its expensive price tag. It's a little bit smaller for her when not expanded, but the size is more versatile for traveling compared to this one.

Fits my two kittens for now and i love the supporting waist strap and clear panel + side mesh for whichever view the cats feel like looking through!! nice stable fleece insert on the bottom! The kitties arent afraid of it all when i use it to take them to the vet its so comfy, roomy and open.

Fabulous! Bought this for my toy poodle. Has plenty of wiggle room, great pockets, can be worn like a backpack, which is awesome when your hands are full, secure, nice little window, doesn’t take up a lot of room, and can be easily folded flat, when not in use.

I was worried that the my cats would break through the clear screen but have biked to the vet twice with one cat and so far, so good. I am 5’3” .

It is so much easier to carry my cat on my back, than a bulky plastic box. My only worry that it isn't "hard" enough, to protect my cat in a potential car accident, even though the backpack is buckled up in the backseat. Besides that, it is one of my favorite presents, of all time.

I have a very timid small dog. She don't like people to touch her. With this carrier she feels safe and does not cry when people are around. Great for me and easier for me to keep her safe and calm. Well built and can carry easier than my last one. Thank you from both of us. My needs needs was met. Durability is fantastic. Stability fantastic. Just perfect for us
