EXACTLY the same thing as the Harbor Freight version for half the price
First, if you decide to purchase this battery, make sure that all parts are there. I was missing the fuse and pin for my car charger adapter but after struggling for a way to contact the company, we settled on a fair agreement.Okay, this charger is Not 12,000 mAh @ 12v. I'd say that 100% of jump pack list false ratings. It's just a play on numbers to fool others or compete with others who are falsifying their numbers. The charger has Four LiFePO4 Cells rated at 3,000 mAh each. That the correct rating would be 3,000 mAh at 12.8 volts if the batteries actually preformed as rated. The thing is that people who don't know about batteries don't know that 12Ah @ 3.2 volts is the same watt hour as 3Ah @ 12.8 volts.I took the battery apart the device to give a thorough but partial review which will be updated when I find someone with a dead battery. 😉 First thing that I noticed is that the internals is 100% the same as the Viking Harbor Freight model that sells for $80. Both of these jump starters are rated to 12,000 mAh so I would expect 3,000 mAh at 12.8v.The battery of mine was labeled as 3000mAh x 4 which is exactly what I expected to see. There are youtube videos showing that the harbor freight is only labeled at 2900mAh which is a double lie as 2,900 times 4 doesn't even equal 12,000.The battery's capacity was difficult to test due to all the protections. I couldn't connect it directly to the clamps as they shut down after a time. I also couldn't connect my hobby charger to the output port as it should trigger a shut down of the jumper. I ended up connecting directly to the battery that was fully charged using the included home adapter. To my surprise, I actually got 2,949 mAh which isn't too bad at all.The included charger outputs 15v @ 1 amp so it is fairly quick but gets very warm. The battery has two large MOSFETs which control the disconnect of the battery on the negative terminal. There are ample balancing leads while doubling the first connections and the last which results in 7 wires instead of the typical 5 that you will see in a 4s setup. I've tested the short circuit and reverse polarity and it instantly shuts off, sounds an alarm and displays a warning light. It includes a nice carrying case. Hope this review helps at least one person save some money and research time.

Performs perfectly as advertised.
Many persons who purchased this product rated it with Five Stars. I was hoping to be able to do that because it is an incredibly lightweight jump starter and 12 volt power source. The first unit I received was clearly defective. The seller issued offered me an apology since I was disappointed and a full refund. He offered a very attractive alternative; that is, a higher-rated model at the same price since this model was out-of-stock. I jumped on that, and the replacement unit is spectacular. A great selling feature is that the unit has overcharge protection. I love the concept of this product. It's small and comes with well-designed accessories. I am completely pleased with the product and the performance of the seller.

Good product
I bought this for my wife. The old, heavy and bulky, easy to make a mistake one she had wouldn't hold a charge anymore. She loves this new unit because it ABSOLUTELY prevents her from hooking it up wrong. Even the battery clamps are well made and designed to prevent shorting out. The fact that it is compact, light weight, has a great carrying case, will run/charge every electronic device (you get connectors for everything) around, and delivers strong long lasting power makes it truly perfect for everyone. This is the unit I will buy for myself as soon as the heavy and bulky, easy to make a mistake one I have dies.

Very handy
I purchased this to keep for emergencies of course! Last week while picking up my wife from work I noticed her manager and co worker with the hood of the co workers car up. So as we were about to pull out I drove by to see if she needed a jump. Pulled out my new never used jumper and on first try it started her car and she was able to get home safe. Mind you this was 11 pm . So glad I had it and the best part was not having to use jumper cables 🤔

Great for jump starts
Excellent device. Have an old 3rd vehicle with V6 I hadn't driven in a while. Battery was shot. Tried to jump start it with another vehicle but never got it to start. I used this power pack and it started right up. I had to make two more stops along the way to get the new battery and it worked every time. I believe I used it for 6 starts and the power indicator only got down to 5% charged.

Works
Luckily I bought this because my dad bought a not so reliable of a car and it keeps draining the batteries. He has broke down two times and I had to go leave work and give him a jump because he lives in a rural area. So I gave this to my dad charged. Hes been fine until today. He sent me a text and said I will find out if your little gift will work. I was at work hoping it would save me an excuse and gas.Well the jumper worked. He said it was simple to get a jump and very convenient. He had clip on the cords to the battery like a regular jump and push the on button to give the battery a charge.

Replaces a 3-year old Li-Ion version
Prior to this I had two different chargers for our cars. Mine was a Tenergy Storm LiFePO4 based unit that is now 3.5 years old & my wife had an Anker Li-Ion based unit that was also 3.5 years old. Her unit had batteries that puffed up (double in size) so since my LiFePO4 based unit was still functioning my mind was made up to find her a unit that used the same kind of battery technology. This jumper Starter was the answer & will be the one I buy (hopefully after 5+ years with the other LiFePO4 model). We haven't had to put this one to the test yet. We did charge it for about an hour as it wasn't fully charged when it arrived. I like the addition of the Ec5 socket adapter which should make plugging in some other devices easier. I can use the various tips that came with the Anker unit for this one (if we need to).

Wow it packs a punch
Ok I'll get to the point 👍 👍This thing started my dead vehicles right up both had dead like Dead Dead battery's my 94 ranger with a 4.0 and my little Honda with the 1.7 both of them started up like I dropped a new battery in them I was pretty sceptical about buying one of these (had a state patrol start a diesel truck with something similar) but I'm very satisfied with it I bought another and I think I know what I'm getting everyone for Christmas
