L.A. Girl Glitter Magic Shimmer Shifting Lip Color, Glitterati GLC892

I love this stuff! It dries completely and stays put for sparkly, long lasting coverage. I just put clear lip gloss over it to keep my lips moist.

This color is identical to Oulacs Mystical lipstick- only this actually has major glitter like how the Mystical lipstick looks in the tube but barely visible on the lips. This is very visible blue glitter on the lips. It doesn’t show any glitter in the tube or when you initially put it on. It looks like a light brown color on me and washes me out. Then it dries to a mauvey pink nude with major blue glitter in the light. It’s very very dry and you absolutely must put a moisturizing balm or gloss over it cuz it’s very uncomfortably dry and matte.

So, I put this stuff on and let me tell you…WOW! The sparkle was intense. Beautiful! I was soooooo excited I couldn't believe it. My fav color is sparkle and this went above and beyond my expectations. I use to wear Ciate’s Glitter Flip but they quit making it so I’ve been looking for a dupe for a while. However, after 2 days of wear, my lips had the weirdest feeling. It felt like my lips were all sand paper. The outer part of my lips were tender and itchy at times and the corners of my mouth are cracked and dry. I NEVER have this problem with my lips. Even in winter. I am one of those “chapstick” people where I have them everywhere plus I put Vicks on my lips every night and have for years. This is the only thing that I have changed in my routine. I would not recommend this if you like having the top layer of your lips and you don’t want to suffer like I am.

I got this thinking it would be that lipgloss you put on and then you rub your lips together and it gets extra glittery, saw it online somewhere. Wrong, it’s just lipgloss with gritty glitter. Didn’t feel good on my lips, it felt dry and gritty. Not for me but it’s a nice color.

It is very drying on the lips and caused cracking on my lips after trying it out. Ive used other glitter lip products and they are all drying, but this was more then the others. The color of glitter was not what I expected. The glitter color was blueish color over a nude color and itwas not flattering on me but this may work for others.

Dry and hardly any in the tube. Garbage really!
