Cheaply made. Kids only sizes.
So maybe if you want to use them for a children's party or have a small head, these might be alright. But I wouldn't recommend. Broke 2 just trying them on. None of them look as nice as the photos. Was hoping to use for cosplay but none fit. So use caution. Gonna let my daughter play with the others. Fit her 7 year old head just fine.
