I have an old Canon FD lens that was about 1000 Kelvin warmer than my other lenses in the set. My friend told me that the coating is radioactive and can deteriorate over time. I can't explain how this works, but it does. Put your lens face down on a mirror with both the lens cap and the back cap removed. Plug the flashlight into a USB charging brick, turn it on, place it on top of the back element of the lens and leave it on for 14 days. Amazing!

Yes it's a horror story; 5 indoor cats. Need I say more? 365 nm is exactly what I need to locate cats' "messages". Delivery was prompt & although it's fairly new to me, it does seem durable. Excellent price, excellent product.

I bought this light to hunt yooperlight stones in the UP of Michigan. It works well for that use.

Reliabilty

I received this UV flashlight specifically to write a review. That said, I try to be honest and open in all my reviews.(Please see the enclosed pictures.)This flashlight has a lot of fun, useful properties.First, it comes with a rechargeable battery. The biggest issue that I have had with flashlights in the past is that they drink batteries.Not this one. It took about 45 minutes off of my standard USB charger to bring it to full charge. (The light is on steady while charging and then flashes when the battery is full.)The light lasted about three hours once full charged.I used this for a variety of things. I used it with the grandbabies to show off some invisible ink. Cool trick!I went around the home looking at what showed up in the UV light. (That was probably not the best idea as my other half got after me to vacuum and dust once I showed her my findings.)We used the UV light to cure some colored resin to finish up a graduation gift. That was super fun too.All in all this is a great tool that can be used for fun and for household tasks.I highly recommend this product.

Only used a few times and now the light continuously stays on the power button does not work at all.

Can't turn on even after charging, have to send it back.

Sie funktioniert gut und macht sogar bei Tageslicht sonst unsichtbares sichtbar.Man muss dann jedoch natürlich ein wenig näher an den Gegenstand gehen.Es gibt nur eine Sache die mich persönlich stört. Die Lampe besitzt 2 vorne eingesetzte LEDs welche die uv strahlen nicht gleichmäßig verteilen. Zudem wird das Licht bei sinkend3m Akku flackernd abwechselnd heller und dunkler was im dunklen einen verrückt macht.Fazit: Für den Preis ist die uv lampe echt nicht schlecht. Nur sollte man sie am besten nach jedem Gebrauch wieder laden.

I grabbed this for one reason and one reason only. Scorpions. Not that I worry about them running around my house in deepest darkest Norfolk, but for my planned trip to Africa next year. I've seen a few documentaries where the softly spoken presenter sweeps a UV light across the scrubland to see a sea of scorpions.Well, as I'm off to Namibia I figure I'd have a go as well. I've worked in Africa many times and also holidayed there - well offroad motorbiked - and never tried it so I'm quite excited to see if it's true.I have given it a shot with some UV paint for a test and it works well so I'm hopeful of success in the Dark Continent. My wife is I have to admit less keen but she can stay in the lodge and drink gin I guess.The unit itself is well made with a bit of heft to it. It feels decent quality as well.Overall, if you are intending on going to be on the doors of a nightclub and need to check someone's UV hand stamp or visiting Africa or anywhere else where UV fluorescent beasties reside then this might be for you.

Tolles Hobby und entspannt. Muss nicht teurer sein. Völlig ausreichend
