The author does this through a series of 93 exercises that build upon each other to give you a well-rounded experience.Beginners can start from chapter one and work through all the exercises one at a time. Intermediates can read straight through and note which exercises they want to go back and incorporate into their practice. Either way, this book is a win win situation to help you develop and further your magickal practice.

Very detailed! Perfect for any range but really good for beginners or if your out of tune and not "tuned in" 😉. And great explanation for so many range of things broken down for fully understanding where they came from and how it relates for you to know! What I absolutely loved was I had this book on my shelf for a year, I hadn't gotten to it yet, I was working on my Psychic abilities and sure enough I totally forgot I had this book but I felt the urge to go over to my books and sure enough there it was just saying READ ME! lol and I couldn't stop! Packed full of great information and how the Author pulled it all together really amazing talent! Another funny thing, we both have our relationship with Hecate! I would love to speak with the Author some time! So we'll done! I love how it's stated .. INTENTION ISN'T ALL YOU NEED! I love this book for many reasons. It gives many techniques on how to invoke elemental, planetary, and spiritual forces in an easy and almost effortless way. It also trains you with the necessary basic skills of magick and witchcraft without the sometimes hard to obtain and many times costly tools and ingredients. It is a book worth having for the novice as well as for the seasoned witch or magician of any tradition. Mr. Aurin provides sound theory quoting from teachers of many traditions, including traditional, Faery, and Sabbatic witchcraft, even Thelema explaining its true value and deep meaning. If only I had a book like this during my beginnings in the 80s. Thank you, Mr. Aurin, you have made a great contribution to the occult of all ages with this book.
