SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Mounting Adaptor (White) - Please Check Dimensions. This is for PET Door NOT CAT Door

I have upgraded from a dual scan cat door to this pet door. After installing an adapter on a metal door it worked flawlessly. The larger size makes it much easier for our cat to enter and exit. Love the ability to remotely control the entry or exit locks from my phone. The app keeps track of all entries and exits.

Yes. Although we chose to install it in an acrylic panel in a window which was a bit of a learning experience for my husband who had never cut acrylic before, the directions were excellent and the door works wonderfully. We have many outdoor cats and one (as yet) unneutered tomcat who is not allowed inside. We also have 4 cats who are inside cats that like to go out sometimes. Its a great solution to the problem. The ones who are permitted inside are microchipped. Training them was a snap.

It has taken about 2 weeks for my cat to figure out he needs to push and not paw the door to open it from the outside. Works great.

Sent this back because it was not needed for my door. That said, it was packaged well and the instructions were easy to follow.

This is the adapter for the larger SureFlap, not the cat sized dual scan. The description (maybe due to translation issues) is very vague. Also, as noted in another review, there is no template/instructions for this, thus the 4 stars. Seems to be of good quality, and I've ordered the smaller one and sending this one back.

All this is is 2 pieces of plastic to go over an existing hole... Has no flapper... And is much larger than anticipated... Although it is my fauld for not checking dimensions before purchase

It is what it is and I had no problem installing it. However, I give it a 3 because I cannot fathom why the packaging does no include a template for a 12" cut out. I had to spend time making one on the board I planned on mounting it to. Would have been so much easier.

The corners make this adapter still too small to cover a pre-existing large pet door hole. Wish they made the electronic pet door OR the adapter in a bigger size **to expand the corners**.

Wir wohnen auf dem Land, und wollten unseren zwei Rassekatzen (große Coonies) den Freigang ermöglichen. Man saß dann immer vor der Tür und meldete sich: für raus und auch rein - bei jeder Tages- (und Nachtzeit)... Da sie beide gechipt sind, haben wir uns für dieses Produkt entschieden: Das Beste, was wir hätten tun können! Es ist sber auch ein Chip für nicht gechippte Tiere im Lieferumfang enthalten! Der Chip der Tiere wird per Knopfdruck erkannt (mit Leckerli zur Tür locken), damit können nur die zwei ins Haus. Man kann programmieren wann die Katzen raus und rein dürfen, fremde Tiere bleiben draußen, man wird nicht mehr aufgeweckt, wann man raus will - und rein kommt man ja auch von alleine! Klare Kaufempfehlung!!

Great product, excellent customer service from manufacture. We’ve had the flap for over a year, it has been brilliant, we needed to refit it to the new French doors, so we needed this extra surround, easy to fit, full instruction with it. We’ve had some building work done and the flap was moved from the old wooden door into the new French doors. In this process, we managed to lose the screws!! Customer service at SureFlap were fantastic. I went to their website, left a message with all the flap’s and my details, within 3 working days the new screws were delivered to my door (free of charge). Other companies take note, this is customer service, this is how to look after your customers. One very happy customer!!

Surement la meilleure chatière du marché que j'utilise depuis plusieurs années dans tous mes appartements. Elle reconnaît la puce de votre chat, et empêche les autres chats de passer (ma voisine a installé la même, les chats y sont habitués). Possible de programmer les heures d'entrée et de sortie du chat si vous ne souhaitez pas qu'il sorte la nuit. Si installée sur une fenêtre double vitrage, il faudra changer la fenêtre et en commander une sur mesure

Imprescindible para instalar el Sureflap sobre puerta de cristal. Aunque su precio es algo elevado, al ser original encaja y sella perfectamente evitando pérdidas de temperatura por el orificio.

chatière de qualité et ultra pratique pour ma minette qui se plait dehors, mais aime rentrer dans la maison régulièrement dès la moindre goutte de pluie. et la détection de la puce de mon chat permet de bien sécuriser l’accès et éviter ainsi l'intrusion d'un autre chat ou animal. Système très fiable et durée des piles excellente. Aucun regret que du positif !!!
