Helped with chain slap on carbon fiber chain stay
I'm currently using an older Cannondale Scalpel and the chain slap tends to be loud on the carbon fiber chain stay. Back then apparently, they didn't add protection like many do today. This was a simple fix and worked pretty good to quiet the bike up a bit and also protect the carbon fiber chain stay from taking all that abuse. I'll put the other one on my wife's stumpjumper and keep the 3rd one just in case something happens to the one on my bike.

Simple Yet Very Effective
The best thing about this deal is that you get 3 !This way when 1 wears out you have backups, or… they get installed on the rear wheel down posts..... or.....I installed the other 2 over each left and right brake/throttle, light cables wrapped. Looks great!!! And protects the wire bundles from water, snow and more. Here's a couple pics above...Either way I just did the math and for about $7 US Dollars, this is a steal of a deal !Again with the math, you spend $7>>\3 = $2.33 each !But, do they work?? Heck YEAH! I’m using the one for the the chain stop. I may modify, cut, a second for about 4 in.or less space. If you have a longer chain stop you can use more than one. Or, the other 2 go elsewhere, undecided now. Enjoy my friends, this is a terrific deal!Save the paint from chipping from the chain bounce. Many other places to use !btw... why 4 out 5 stars? The sewing and quality is a little haphazard and product is almost paper thin, not doable to protect from bumps and much else.

Pieces of junk fell apart when I first tried to put them on. Don’t buy.

Good Protector.
Arrived early. Thin rubbery protective lightweight material, seems like it will not get in way but also protect well. Wide Velcro. Should hold up and work well.

Make sure it fits your frame.
Did not fit around my 2 of 3 bikes in the family. Used 2 combined to soften my car bike rack side from hitting my bike when I drive.

Too small.. can't reach around! Edit.. I've had to cut a piece to go around a joint and it stays put very well. No issues at all.
