YUM - perfect keto topping for casseroles and salads

As advertised. The onions are sweet and crisp. I like to keep it on hand to add to savory bread recipes. I live in Chicago and can get 14oz fried onions from Indian groceries, for a fraction of the price. They use oils, I don't eat. This company uses Palm oil. We use palm oil in many African recipes.

Not tasty small peices

These fried onions are better used for Asian food.It's good to put them on top of Wonton soup,all kind of curry dishes.They make Thai,Chinese,Indian dishes more flavorful.No flour/batter added to the shredded shallots,so they come in small pieces,but crispy. If you are looking for bigger pieces that you can eat them as chips,this is NOT it,you might prefer to buy French's Fried Onions,which I use for my salad. I will definitely buy again.I hope Amazon doesn't discontinue this product.Generous 28 oz for 1 order.

The fried Onion is of poor quality. Basically there is not onion at all. I have got product once at Costco the quality was much better.
