Useful and effective.
Very useful and effective. The different shapes on the head of the pole are perfect for pushing or pulling the window up or down and for moving the latch across. Well made and solid. Good design and value for money,

Excellent quality
I bought this to help me retrieve and push things into position, in my hard to access loft storage area. I was surprised by the sturdiness and good quality of this item. Really pleased with the quality - good value for money. It’s rare these days when you buy something that feels really well made - but this is one!

Too short
A nice strong pole but it was too short to reach the window. I have sent it back but still haven't received a refund after four weeks.

Metal hook much better.
Just what I expected.had one but the end was plastic so I bought this one because it had a metal end and it worked well when I used it the other day

Sturdy and stylish!
This is an extremely sturdy and well made pole. I needed something to unhook some heavy loft ladders and so they were perfect fir the job.

Don’t waste your money . RIP OFF.
Absolute rip off . I could have made this myself for less than £10. And wish I had. It’s just a broom handle with a very dodgy boat hook screwed to the top . I thought the handle might at least have a bit of varnish on it , NO . Screws holding the hook on look cheap and liable to snap under any pressure . I will be looking at returning mine for a refund. UPDATE No response from seller

The hook is too big
Cannot use this item as the hook part is too think to fit through the ring on my loft ladder.
