i had connected this switch to jio wifi. now i have fibre connection which is much more faster.if i try to connect it through fibre wifi it just refuses to do so !if again try to connect through jio wifi no problemsi donot know how to make this switch divorce jio and tie up with fiber wifi . i am at my wits end .i have 3 such switches. surprisingly wipro switches donot have this retained memory problem.Edit:Found the problem was with Fiber connection and App Smartlife.Now smarlife has provided an option to select 2.4 Ghz wifi from dual mode. After this selection the smart plug can be reset !

The smart plug worked well for 3 months and then stopped working abour a month back. So far the company has not honoured the warranty in spite of regular follow up.

Quick and easy setup. Value for Money. Has been running on schedule for the past couple of weeks without any issues, I connect mine to a power strip which in turn is connect to multiple lights,works like a charm. You need to call support to register the product and be eligible for warranty.
