Cantu Txtr By Sleek Curls + Waves Defining Gel - 1.6 Pound (Pack of 2)

I should be able to give 20 stars for this product!!!!! My hair holds curls for a couple days with a little refresher of this gel... when necessary. This product does not dry out, it does not make my hair hard, it does not leave a white film, and it's not pasty. It makes my hair soft and gives it a full look and it keeps it moisturized. I've bought every product under the TXTR by Cantu line, well worth the investment and far better than their original Cantu line. The only problem is that I cannot find this line in any stores, I can only find online at Amazon.

this stuff is incredible!! I was a little nervous to see if it made my curls sticky and crunchy, but I literally used so much in my hair and it still feels super soft and natural. It also helps a lot with keeping my curls bouncy and together! This product is magical and I absolutely recommend it to anyone with curly hair :)

wouldn’t say it moisturizes much of your hair as it is a control paste kind of product, it doesn’t leave your hair in shambles, but if you use it like my boyfriend - he has 3B/C curls and sleeks it into a ponytail, then you want to wash your hair afterwards because it’s very texturizing. he loves it though - it’s amazing to keep everyone of his little hairs in place and keeping the hairstyle. it’s not so softening if you’re hair is fine, I have to be weary of the amount i put into my hair but I find that it weights down my 2A/2B hair too much, but it seems to work better in more textured hair types.

Keeps hair in place while leaving hair light and soft to touch. I have what I call "Combo Hair". My mother is black & my dad is Puerto Rican with bone straight hair. Thus, combo hair. Not sure how it works with other hair types. But for me this product is an answer to my prayers 🙏

I could’ve saved the money and just used conditioner for the same effect. If you are setting or twisting your hair, cheaper products will work just as well. If you’re using this product for a curly look, your hair may be tangled by the next day. It’s not worth the money. I tried to use it twice and it just wasn’t worth it.

So, for those curlies looking through the comments, i have thin/medium dense hairs, but a lot of them. This is a light weight gel that does moisturize and give that definition I want (did use about nickel size for 3 sections). It does also work very well on dry hair, I've tested this out and honestly? The layer of 2c/2b waves I get on the top layer of my hair turned into spirals. I am very satisfied with this.

i use this product along with cantu curl activator cream and it works amazing! my curls look beautiful and no dry all day!

is a perfect solution for my hair. Applies very light and still holds my hair throughout the day. I am sold on this product.
