These suction cups work great. We use them to replace windshields in the Motorcoaches at work. they really help in picking up the glass and I've never had one pop off.

Worked great till plungers gave out
They worked great and held really well till the plungers gave out tried swapping the rubber pieces and using the grease it came with but didn’t fix it. would be nice to have replacement plungers so I don’t have to buy a new set

DO NOT BUY! Failed after 1 months of using it.
1st suction cup failed within a month. And the second of failed while I was install a windshield almost caused the windshield to smash the hood! Barely caught it! Complete garbage. Sent to company multiple email and not a single reply!
