My child is starting to grind their teeth. Despite being three, and not doing it previously, they have also started to suck on their fingers or thumb to self sooth. These are free of anything that can be easily chewed off, have a fun texture and it has the bumps, spines and raised and lowered surfaces. The string is easily detachable in the event your kiddo wants to take it to bed, and the snap closure opens quickly and easily in the event the chew toy gets caught. Easy to clean. And my child enjoys them. Which, let's be real, is the ultimate goal. Highly recommend.

For three year old with autism these seem to work well however he enjoys chewing on strings so we had to remove the necklace. It’s very important that is breakaway so it would work well. The necklace is not super long so if you have a chubby child it might be, too tight on their neck however you can remove the string and they can use it without it. It appears to be pure silicone. I bought some circular ones that came in. They clearly had plastic and silicone and they could fall apart. This is not gonna fall apart.

Sturdy
I’m a medium-strong chewer who mostly just needs something in my mouth all the time to keep me from chewing on myself. I’ve had the green dinosaur for three years and the decorative silicone spots just fell off. Bought the pink and blue ones to replace but I’m still impressed at the longevity of these dinosaurs

good quality chews
the bumps on the back are very nice and give good sensory stimulation. my only warning is DO NOT WASH WITH HIGHLY FRAGARENCED SOAP! the smell and taste is almost impossible to get off, even with vineagar and baking soda. otherwise very good and have a lot of durability!
