Phone is fine. No notification of delivery!
The only thing I was unhappy with is Never Received Notice That It Had Been Delivered! Just curious, WHY?

SET-UP TIP
This phone has so many features that you will not use all of them. If you already have "No Solicitation" and "Call Blocking" etc. on your present phone, these programs will be retained, undisturbed. The phone comes with a twenty page User's Manual. These set-up instructions are stark step-by-step. No explanations are provided. Set-Up Tip: Take advantage of "Rufus Ai". Usually this 'Ask Rufus" feature provides little more than is already provided by the seller's own "About this item". With this phone, "Ask Rufus" is surprisingly communicative!

Nice desk / home office phone
This phone is light in weight, has a lighted display screen, answering machine function (which can be disabled easily) a speed dial feature, (10 numbers) and a 25 number directory with names. Floats my boat.Update: The original phone was returned due to what appeared to be a problem with the Speed Dialing and Directory system. The manual states that you may save a total of 10 Speed Dial names and numbers and the Directory has a 25 name and number capacity. IN FACT any / all entries in the Speed Dial memory are automatically entered into the Directory system capacity. This IS NOT mentioned / noted in the manual or the AT&T online manual or instructions. 10 Speed Dial system entries results in a Directory system feature having a capacity of 15 non-Speed Dial names and numbers. A bit disappointing. Other than issue the phone is working fine.

Not as described
This telephone/answering machine system had pretty great reviews from a LOT of purchasers, had telephone line power capability in power out emergencies which is ridiculously hard to find these days for so-called "landline" units, AND was specifically described as wall mount able. Won my vetting search for a wall mount replacement for my old panasonic accordingly.Well - the base has a nicely designed wall mount capability, for sure. But there's no way to "hang up" or secure the handset to the phone cradle when the base is installed vertically [i.e. on a wall]. The handset just slips off the shallow cradle indentations in the base and dangles by the cord! Unit design is clearly meant to be used ONLY on a flat horizontal surface. Really disappointed.
