how can pork gelatin be vegan?

Seems to be categorized incorrectly. Maybe vegan or as added as a tag by mistake? The description from the company states that it it not suitable for vegan diets.

Are the animals given antibiotics?

My guess would be no since it’s organic... typically that’s not allowed in organic foods.

Are these good for mirror glaze?

I have not personally used it for glaze, but looked it up on line and it can be used as a glaze.

Does this sheet gelatin have an expiration date, or is it long-term shelf-stable if kept cool and dry? I’ve never used sheet gelatin before. Thanks.

Yes to both. The gelatin I bought in 2019 expires in 2024.
